P&O Fare Structure
P&O offer three different fare options for you to choose from.
NOTE: when you book through our CruiseAgency.com.au website, we automatically select the Go Fare for you. If you would like to book on the more expensive Value Fare or Value Plus Fare, please contact us directly via phone or email.
Go Fare:
- This is the cheapest fare option.
- P&O describe this fare as: “The ‘just go’ no frills fare”.
- A larger deposit is required at time of booking.
- 90% P&O cancellation fee.
- $50 P&O name change fee per name change.
- Does NOT include special offers or value adds as part of the retail campaign offer.

Value Fare:
- This is the second cheapest fare option.
- P&O describe this fare as: “Value adds and flexibility”.
- Flexible Payment Policy: Secure your booking with the standard deposit required. Full payment due 75 days prior to cruise departure.
- Flexible refund policy > Cancel your booking up to 6 months prior to the cruise departure and receive a full refund from P&O.
- Free name change.
- Choose your room + .
- Includes special offers or value adds that vary with each retail campaign offer.
Value Plus fare:
- This is the most expensive fare option – but also includes the most benefits.
- P&O describe this fare as: “Inclusions, value adds and flexibility”.
- Flexible Payment Policy: Secure your booking with the standard deposit required. Full payment due 75 days prior to cruise departure.
- Flexible refund policy> Cancel your booking up to 6 months prior to the cruise departure and receive a full refund.
- Free name change^
- Choose your room+
- Includes special offers or value adds that vary with each retail campaign offer.
- Includes Beverage Package for the first two guests in room*
- Includes Wi-Fi Package (250 MB) for the first two guests in room.
- PLUS – Book early and receive priority check-in & tenders~

Note:
>Guests booked on the Value Fare or Value Plus Fare can cancel their booking up to 6 months prior to the cruise departure and receive a full refund.
+Choose a specific room at time of booking, subject to availability.
^To be eligible, one original guest must always remain in the room to retain the features of that particular booking.
*Beverage packages are applicable to the first two guests staying in each room. Soft drink packages are included on cruises 6 nights and less, Melbourne Cup and State of Origin cruises. Premium Beverage Package is included on all other cruises of 7 nights or longer. Premium beverage package is only available to guests aged 18 years and over.
~Priority check-in and tenders are available to the first 100 guests booked per cruise.
